Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel

My favorite property in Cancun. The room was impressive, and functional, with a safe, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. Late check-out was useful.

Some people working there were very rude.

Reasonably clean hotel, there were great staff and location. The room was perfect with fantastic seaview, I appreciated it.

There were very bad beds.

It was truly a such great stay for night out, the hotel met the purpose. The food was great and appetising.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Cancun.

Tbh, had a very special stay on our vacation @ Cancun Bay Resort.

The staff is helpful here, the services are great, and location is ideal near to the beach, the attractions and downtown.

I had 4 days in Cancun, spending my time here lovely. My check-in was the best. What's more, there was check-in in the room.

Very traditional rooms, great value. Prime location at a moderate distance from Scenic Tower Cancun.

Staff and location are simply very good. The restaurant serves simple Italian food.

Location: the hotel was near to the port and beach and downtown.

Sublime hotel, great value. Warm room, upscale location, the most important - committed staff. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was cozy. Brilliant service and a pleasant restaurant, available onsite.

Our stay was a memorable experience. Hotel staff was sympathetic and property was fairly clean. Had light standard double room with fantastic seaview. On site lobby restaurant served DIFFERENT food.

Good location and rooms, early check-in.

The hotel was special, and I loved impeccable stuff and exceptional room. Breakfast was unlimited, there where good hot waffles, fruit, scrambled eggs, slices of fresh bread and bacon. Very modern interior, chic restaurant. Alcoholic drinks, excellant wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel is in an exceptional position and the airport is 16 miles away. Dismissive staff were ready to help in every way.

Easy location, quiet bed, efficient check-in & gentle staff. Breakfast was plentiful and I loved eggs, fruit, bacon, breads and hot waffles. The bedroom was convenient, cozy and fairly good. Comfortable garden and well-maintained pool area.

As for me, staff and food were fine. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. And it had particularly good views and super comfy bed. The beach was beautiful.

We loved the very central location and how clean the place was kept. Staff was willing to help and accommodated all our queries:)))

Well, there was no dinner.

We would definitely go back if we go to Cancun. We truly enjoyed drinks and food. Very clean superior room. They have on-site restaurant called Faisan.

We greatly enjoyed cancun bay resort from the moment we entered. It was definitely 3 stars for us
